Job summary

Apotex is seeking a Production Manager, Compounding to lead all aspects of compounding and manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant production of pharmaceutical products. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing leadership with capital/technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead compounding and manufacturing operations to meet business schedules.
• Provide strategic direction and develop resource plans for equipment and staff.
• Ensure safety, cGMP compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Review performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Coach and develop direct reports, promoting accountability and teamwork.
