Beauroc Inc. is seeking a Production & Maintenance Foreman to manage operations and a maintenance team. The role involves ensuring productivity, product quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in team management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Status : Permanent full-time position
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 4 days/week, Monday to Thursday
Start date: Immediately (Flexible date)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Production, the Production & Maintenance Foreman manages and coordinates operations and also manages a maintenance team while ensuring productivity, product quality, and occupational health and safety requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing team leaders to ensure smooth shift operations, working closely with other Production Foremen, and collaborating with other departments to optimize production methods. The role also involves ensuring all tasks comply with health and safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
