  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
  • Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience is an asset.
  • Provide valid government-issued identification.

Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and verify products meet specifications.
  • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and line adjustments.

  • Contribute to Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in troubleshooting equipment.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is considered an asset.
  • Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is considered an asset.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Clearance.
  • Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in Canada.
  • Provide valid government-issued identification.
  • Provide residential and employment history for the past five years.
  • Successfully complete all required security screening processes.
