Your role

Reporting to the supervisor, the production labourer ensures the safe handling of products, as well as their preparation and assembly.

Your responsibilities

• Assist the splicer in carrying out their tasks
• Measure, cut, roll, and assemble all cable diameters (including 1/4’’ and larger) and accessories as required
• Follow work procedures and deadlines
• Complete production reports and other required documentation
• Inform the supervisor of any non-conformity or equipment breakdown
• Participate in training new employees
• Comply with ISO standards and procedures
• Follow occupational health and safety standards
• Respect company policies and regulations
• Perform any other tasks required for the position
