Job summary

PolR Insulations in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Production Day Laborer to support manufacturing under the supervision of the Production Manager. You will operate and adjust equipment, process raw materials, and help ensure product quality while keeping the work floor clean and safe.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior general labour experience, and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail, autonomy, teamwork, and good French language skills are essential to perform the duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in general labor or similar work.
• Machining experience is an asset.
• Fluent spoken and written provincial language (French) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce and process raw materials using equipment.
• Adjust and maintain equipment.
• Inspect and ensure product quality during manufacturing.
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of premises.
• Collect technical data during production.
• Participate in continuous improvement.
