Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator's competency card or to be renewed.
• Experience as a sit-down forklift operator (1 year minimum).
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Punctual person.
• Ensure compliance with work safety standards and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a propane or electric sit-down forklift.
• Move finished products to storage and transport materials as needed.
• Inspect equipment and report mechanical issues.
• Keep your work area and forklift clean and safe.
• Follow all health and safety rules (seatbelt on at all times!).
• Stay alert to avoid incidents involving pedestrians, trucks, buildings, fixed equipment and other machinery.
