Responsibilities

• Coach individuals to build life and vocational skills.
• Supervise and participate in light-industrial production.
• Inspect grounds and facilities; perform necessary maintenance.
• Ensure vehicles, equipment are safe and functioning.
• Assess maintenance needs and arrange repairs as directed.
• Communicate professionally with team and stakeholders.
• Conduct truck deliveries and back-up bus driving as needed.
• Provide camp preparation and maintenance support (travel/overnight stays).
• Operate forklift, tractors, and farm equipment.
