Job summary

Mad Engine Global in Toronto is seeking an organized Production Coordinator to join our Canadian team. You will coordinate apparel production from development through final delivery and collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Production.

The role requires experience in apparel production and retail, working with overseas factories, and delivering on retailer requirements and deadlines. Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel production or production coordination experience.
• Apparel industry experience – REQUIRED
• Retail industry experience – REQUIRED
• Experience supporting major retail accounts or fashion retailers strongly preferred
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics & manufacturing processes
• Experience working with overseas factories and vendors
• Strong Excel, organizational & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
