Job summary

Randstad Canada in Etobicoke, Ontario is seeking a Production Associate for a long-term role starting ASAP. You will load and unload parts, stack and transport materials to the production line, and work on the line during day shifts (7:30am–4:00pm, Mon–Fri) in a warm automotive environment.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with weekly pay and potential for growth within a large organization.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally some experience in automotive manufacturing or related manufacturing.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from metal bins.
• Stack parts on racking preparing for next step in production process.
• Transport parts to production line.
• Work on production line as required.
• Other duties as assigned including packaging, lifting (max 35 lbs.) at waist height, standing.

• Shift: Days , 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Fridays with start date asap!
• Pay rate: starting at $17.95 per hour

Please note this is an loud, automotive environment, it can be nitty gritty, with paint finishing happening in the plant, it can be warm/hot at times too!
