Adecco is hiring a Production Associate for our client in Brockville, ON. This role suits mechanically inclined workers who enjoy hands-on manufacturing and problem solving in a fast-paced setting.

Pay is $23.98 per hour with 12-hour rotating continental shifts. This temporary/full-time posting includes health benefits after qualification and opportunities for training and onboarding enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift/PIV experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and production adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
