Job summary

Youtooz is seeking a Production Artist to translate concept artwork into production-ready graphics for plush products. You'll create precise character turnarounds and review factory samples to ensure quality.

Work closely with our internal production team and overseas manufacturing partners, using Adobe Illustrator to maintain accuracy in anatomy, proportions, and details throughout development.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with advanced vector drawing abilities.
• Experience creating clean, accurate character turnarounds.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, construction, proportions, and character design.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, production-ready character turnarounds in Illustrator.
• Produce plush specification sheets and manufacturing documentation.
• Prepare sample feedback sheets for factory revisions.
• Translate between English and Mandarin to support manufacturing partners.
• Support turnaround creation and sample reviews per team priorities.
• Assist with factory communication and production problem-solving.
• Help improve production documentation, templates, and internal workflows.
