Job summary

Youtooz is seeking a Production Artist to translate concept artwork into production-ready graphics for plush products. You'll create precise character turnarounds and review factory samples to ensure quality.

Work closely with our internal production team and overseas manufacturing partners, using Adobe Illustrator to maintain accuracy in anatomy, proportions, and details throughout development.

Requirements

• Exceptional Adobe Illustrator skills with advanced vector drawing ability
• Strong experience creating clean, accurate character turnarounds with Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, construction, proportion, and character design
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable learning new skills and adapting to changing priorities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in plush, toys, softlines, collectibles, apparel, or consumer product manufacturing.
• Experience creating manufacturing documentation or specification sheets.
• Experience reviewing physical product samples.

Working Hours:

• 1:00 PM–9:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday

These hours are designed to provide greater overlap with our team in China. Candidates must be available to consistently work this schedule.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding Adobe Illustrator artist with excellent vector drawing and character turnaround skills. Experience in the plush, toy or soft goods industry is a bonus.
