Role description:

The Asset Product Training Manager plays a vital role in creating a learning experience that accelerates competence, understanding, and effective adoption of the Arcadis Asset Management Products software for clients, partners, and our own staff. This role combines technical expertise with instructional design to deliver high-quality training programs that improve understanding and adoption of the Asset Management Products, while also developing the skills of our personnel and partners. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for diverse skill levels. Your responsibilities include designing interactive modules, developing training content, and conducting immersive sessions that enable users to leverage our products, including EDA and EAM. Your technical and instructional skills will empower users to unlock the full potential of our solutions for data-driven insights and strategic decisions.

Role accountabilities:

You will oversee the creation of tailored training materials—from user documentation to engaging tutorials and interactive resources. Your role involves developing training programs aligned with client, partner, and internal needs, covering all software features and functionalities.

You will also deliver and support training sessions, workshops, and webinars, providing ongoing assistance to address user queries and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics. Your commitment will drive client success, internal skill development, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in developing and delivering software training tailored to diverse audiences, including conducting training needs analysis and designing learner journeys.
  • Experience in Asset Investment Planning and/or the Asset Management industry.
  • Strong instructional design skills for creating engaging training materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience conducting cloud-based software training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools in asset management and translating technical functionalities into user-friendly content.
