The GO Expansion scope includes fleet upgrades, train control systems, network electrification, signalling, telecommunications, and digital systems.
The Installation & Field Operations Training Manager will oversee the competency development and technical training management system for both subcontractors and Alstom Installation teams, ensuring compliance with Alstom standards. This role will focus on enhancing workforce skills, optimizing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Experience
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Able to work in both office and field environments under seasonal conditions, and in accordance with safety rules outlined by site, company, and industry standards.
Occasional international travel may be required.
