Delta-Q Technologies in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking a hands-on engineer to test, characterize, and validate battery charging and power conversion products from concept through production release.
You will work closely with Power Electronics, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineering teams to verify performance, identify risks, and ensure safety and production readiness for HV/high-power systems up to 1,000 VDC and 22 kW.

This role is responsible for testing, characterizing, and validating Delta-Q battery charging and power conversion products from concept through production release.
Working closely with Power Electronics, Firmware, and Mechanical Engineering teams, this role independently verifies product performance, identifies technical risks, and provides objective evidence that products meet design, safety, and production readiness requirements.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone experienced with high-voltage, high-power electronics, structured verification practices, laboratory testing, and root-cause investigation.
This position is full time, permanent.
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year plus bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
