Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support major mining customers in Canada. You will work at active mine sites and industrial locations, troubleshooting crawler undercarriage systems, analyzing field data, and delivering clear technical reports and training.

The role requires travel to remote mine sites on a regular basis and adherence to safety and quality standards. Expect 14-on/14-off rotations with occasional extended 12-hour days.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with field troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with crawler undercarriage systems and earthmoving machinery.
• Ability to prepare clear technical reports.
• Willingness to travel to remote mine-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to customer, distributor and remote mine-site locations.
• Work rotational 14-on/14-off shifts, including extended 12-hour days when necessary.
