Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior project leader to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives across industrial sectors. You will manage end-to-end projects, develop plans, budgets, and risk assessments, and engage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.

You will analyze business challenges, perform root cause analyses, and implement continuous improvement with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience managing budgets, project schedules, and risk.
• Preferred PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications.
• Preferred experience transforming enterprises in industrial/mining/construction/heavy equipment/manufacturing/service environments.
