Plusgrade in Montreal is seeking a Product Specialist, Promotions to translate complex promotion requirements into well-configured, launch-ready commerce experiences. You’ll join a hybrid-based team delivering for global loyalty programs from Montreal.

You’ll collaborate with Partner Strategy, Marketing and Delivery, conduct QA, and ensure smooth deployment. You’ll work across regions and leverage AI thoughtfully to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or managed solution environments.
• Strong QA/testing habits with attention to detail.
• Clear communication across stakeholders and teams.
• Ownership mindset to move work forward amid changing priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce or JIRA.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, FTP or related web tech.
