Twin Motors Thompson is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team. You’ll help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, present vehicles through walkarounds, and explain pricing and financing options. No prior automotive sales experience is required, as training is provided to develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs by listening first.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, payments, and financing options honestly.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, and text.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide a strong sales experience.
• Work toward established monthly sales and productivity goals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
