Product Specialist

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will be a key member of the Sales Team. The candidate should be self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and dynamic. Technical skills, product knowledge, and sales process understanding are essential, along with confidence, innovation, and a business mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features to potential clients.
2. Qualify prospects to assess fit for the company's solutions.
3. Assist existing clients in determining appropriate solutions.
4. Develop in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor products for opportunities.
6. Collaborate with product development to suggest enhancements based on feedback.
7. Train staff on product details and usage.

Job Qualifications:

• Manage rapid and repeated changes in priorities with composure.
• 5+ years of product management or sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with construction management software and B2B sales preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and payroll is an asset.
• Understanding of business sales cycles, demonstrating product value, and overcoming objections.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer focus skills.
