Job summary

Client Precast in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Standard Product Sales Representative to be the primary contact for customer accounts, promoting standard products and solutions while growing sales in the greater Edmonton area.

You will collaborate with internal teams, interpret drawings, and manage orders from quotation through delivery, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely project completion. A strong focus on relationship building and meeting sales targets is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales, estimating or relevant construction/manufacturing experience
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning system preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by providing responsive customer service, technical expertise, and timely quotations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary contact for your portfolio of accounts
• Ensure accurate and efficient order management, from quotation and order entry through delivery and project completion
• Support inventory and rental program performance to meet customer and operational requirements
• Collaborate with production, engineering, detailing, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to customer expectations
• Interpret construction drawings and project requirements to provide effective solutions and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account records to support operational excellence and audit compliance
• Contribute to the development and expansion of standard product offerings to meet evolving market needs
• Monitor project progress and coordinate resources to ensure work aligns with customer purchase orders and project objectives
• Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
