Job summary

TD is seeking a Product Owner in London, Ontario to guide agile delivery for customer-facing products. You will own the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and align with management on the roadmap and MVPs.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value, participate in ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and quality. The role requires 7+ years in product/Agile roles, a foundational degree or product cert, and CSPO/SAFe credentials are assets.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or product certificate.
• 7+ years relevant experience, including Agile environments.
• 3+ years Product Owner or Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision.
• Create and maintain a product backlog and re-prioritize user stories.
• Align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap and MVPs.
• Review analytics and champion strategies to improve customer value.
• Participate in scrum or Kanban events and drive backlog refinement.
• Coordinate with business process partners for Day 2 readiness.
• Oversee delivery initiatives and manage development team backlogs.
• Escalate issues impeding timely delivery and manage defects.
