Responsibilities

• Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision
• Create and maintain a product backlog and continuously re-prioritize user stories for customer value
• Align with senior management on the delivery roadmap and release cadence
• Review performance analytics and champion improvement strategies for customer experience
• Participate in scrum or Kanban events and share ideas for value and efficiency
• Engage business process partners to prepare customers for application changes and Day 2 processes
• Create and iterate a value-focused backlog with prioritized user stories
• Provide design and oversight of user stories based on the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria
• Manage delivery initiatives and oversee the development team's backlogs
• Proactively raise issues that impede delivery of increments and manage defects
• Adhere to enterprise frameworks and keep strategic alignment with senior management
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain timely inputs for product development
• Monitor regulatory environment and adapt product strategy as needed
• Communicate changes and backlog priorities to business, tech and leadership
• Act as escalation point for the development team and guide decisions
• Foster Agile processes with peers and share performance metrics and OKRs
• Protect organizational interests and manage risks, escalating high-risk activities
• Stay informed on evolving issues and regulatory requirements affecting the product
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control within appropriate processes
