Trail Appliances Ltd. in Richmond, BC, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Owner – Business Systems to own the roadmap and backlog for core capabilities such as Sales Enablement, Purchasing & Logistics, and Order Management & Finance.

This is not a ticket-taking role. You will challenge current-state processes, partner with business and technology teams, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve operations and user experience through clear requirements, user stories, and data-driven

Qualifications

5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
Strong ability to map processes, define requirements, and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills and experience with testing/UAT.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and urgency.
Develop and maintain a clear roadmap balancing operational needs with transformation goals.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Solution Architects, and Data teams; facilitate workshops and demos.
Validate solutions against requirements and coordinate release readiness.
