  • Collaborate with Business Capabilities Owners and Process Managers to foster harmonization of label layouts across different sites and departments.
  • Review and approve key agile artifacts and validation documentation, including URS, FRA, and others.
  • Own the product backlog by defining, creating, and prioritizing Themes, Epics, and User Stories.
  • Maintain and update the product roadmap, managing prioritization for upcoming releases.
  • Manage request intake from various sources, assess implementation ideas, and evaluate their impact.
  • Oversee Release and Deployment Management, tracking content, dates, and completion status, ensuring proper defect assessment.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master and team members to implement agile best practices.
  • Manage customer requirements, communication, and tracking, ensuring user stories are completed as per acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners to communicate incoming EPICs, manage resource needs and expectations.
  • Use Retina (codebeamer) as the primary source of truth for all projects, ensuring accurate EPIC creation and updates for informed decision-making.

Skills:

Required:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in data integration via middleware is a plus.
  • Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain environments, especially in global/multi-site manufacturing projects.

  • A strong understanding of lean agile practices and their application.
  • Experience in CSV and GxP-compliant environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile projects.
  • 2+ years of experience as a SCRUM Product Owner (PSPO or SAFe certification is a plus).

  • Familiarity with middleware integration and system interoperability.
  • Proficiency in tools like Retina, and other collaboration tools.
  • Fluency in German or Polish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Roadmap:
