Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Educator for the METROTOWN area on a 3 month contract. You will manage inventory, process shipments, and optimize floor and back-of-house organization while supporting guest experiences on the retail floor.

Role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, safety, and adaptability in a dynamic store environment, with varied shift schedules and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and receive shipments per standards.
• Process deliveries, fold/sort/hang products to optimize space.
• Prepare and ship products per company standards when needed.
• Adjust product displays and restock to maintain presentation.
• Support omnichannel programs like BOPIS/ship-from-store.
• Interact with guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and positive guest interactions.
• Use in-store tech to support store operations and guest service.
