Job summary

lululemon Vaughan Mills is seeking a Product Operations Educator (Seasonal) to organize inventory, process shipments, and maintain store and back-of-house efficiency according to company standards. You will assist guests on the sales floor, perform RFID inventory counts, restock and display products, and collaborate with the team to deliver an engaging, organized shopping experience.

This seasonal role supports flexible shifts including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Retail and/or warehouse operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and shipment processing per standards.
• Receive and process deliveries, fold/sort/hang products to optimize space.
• Restock and adjust product displays on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Provide service to guests on the retail floor and connect them to team members.
