Job summary

Bevertec in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for a 9-month contract with hybrid work. This role requires strong Jira and Power BI skills, 4+ years in product operations or related tech delivery, and experience supporting Agile teams.

Expect collaboration with engineers, data teams, and leadership to drive delivery metrics and executive-ready materials. The position is 4 days per week with a CAD 60-65/hr rate, reflecting experience and delivery impact in a dynamic tech

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Coordination, or related technology delivery roles.
Strong Jira experience including dashboards, reporting, board configuration, workflows, automation, roadmaps, and dependency tracking.
Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development, data visualization, operational reporting, and KPI reporting.
Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and independently coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, release readiness, and modern technology delivery practices.
Experience developing and maintaining delivery metrics, scorecards, reports, and executive-ready materials.
Sufficient technical understanding to engage with engineers, architects, data teams, and technology leaders and connect delivery impacts across systems and workstreams.
