Job summary

Bevertec in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for a 9-month contract with hybrid work. This role requires strong Jira and Power BI skills, 4+ years in product operations or related tech delivery, and experience supporting Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Coordination, or related technology delivery roles.
• Strong Jira experience including dashboards, reporting, board configuration, workflows, automation, roadmaps, and dependency tracking.
• Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development, data visualization, operational reporting, and KPI reporting.
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and independently coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, release readiness, and modern technology delivery practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining delivery metrics, scorecards, reports, and executive-ready materials.
• Sufficient technical understanding to engage with engineers, architects, data teams, and technology leaders and connect delivery impacts across systems and workstreams.

Job Role: Product Operations Specialist (Power BI/JIRA exp)

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 60-65/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Coordination, Project or Program Coordination, or a related technology delivery role.
• Strong Jira experience, including dashboards, reporting, board configuration, workflows, automation, roadmaps, and dependency tracking.
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data visualization, operational reporting, and KPI reporting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and independently coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, release readiness, and modern technology delivery practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining delivery metrics, scorecards, reports, and executive-ready materials.
• Sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with engineers, architects, data teams, and technology leaders and to connect delivery impacts across systems and workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, capital markets, or an enterprise technology environment.
• Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or other complex technology change initiatives.
• Experience with Azure, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience.
