Responsibilities

• Power BI Technical Lead, design, development, and delivery of Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to transform requirements into actionable insights.
• Lead Power BI development dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Define and enforce Power BI standards (naming, security, performance).
• Work with business analysts to gather requirements and translate into visuals.
• Optimize DAX queries, data models, and refresh schedules for performance.
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, gateways, and security roles.
• Integrate Power BI with data sources (SQL, Azure, APIs).
• Ensure data governance and compliance with organizational policies.
• Mentor team members and review deliverables for quality.
