Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering through full launch cycles.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring teammates, or developing others.
• Ability to scale cross-functional processes and influence partner teams without formal authority.
• Experience owning documentation or knowledge at scale, maintaining quality as products evolve.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics, dashboards, and data-driven prioritization.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI agents and automation into workflows.
• Clear, precise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Launch readiness: ensure docs, release notes, training, and tooling are prepared for each release; adapt to evolving cadence.
• Documentation: own lifecycle and quality of product docs, help center, and knowledge base; ensure accuracy.
• Data and automation: define actionable metrics, expand automation, set thresholds and ownership.
• Team leadership: manage a team of four product-domain owners and partner with cross-functional teams.
