Job description

About the role

As part of this role, you’ll be crafting content to communicate Floqer’s product and vision, while actively helping move deals through the sales pipeline. This role blends creative storytelling with tactical execution across both marketing and sales functions. You’ll collaborate closely with our growth, product, and sales teams to craft compelling content that shows customers why we matter, and build strategies around social campaigns, lead engagement and assist accelerating deals to the finish line.

We’re looking for a technical, high-energy teammate who’s obsessed with data, storytelling, and solving real customer problems. You’ll think from first principles to shape Floqer’s product narrative, combine metrics, and lay the foundation for how we educate, & convert customers.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Own Product Positioning : Develop clear, compelling messaging for content that showcases Floqer’s unique value. Use customer insights and competitive research to help Floqer stand out.
  • Drive Product Education : Create technical content and resources like use cases, and documentation - that help users understand, adopt, and get the most value from Floqer.
  • Craft Marketing Content : Collaborate with growth and product teams to produce high-impact content across blogs, social, customer stories, and articles that communicate Floqer’s value propositions and highlight real outcomes.
  • Support Sales Execution : Work directly with sales to build tailored Proofs of Concept for Enterprise customers using the Floqer platform, and support other sales admin tasks that help move deals forward.
  • Measure and Optimize : Track the performance of content, proposals, and campaigns. Use data and feedback to refine messaging, improve assets, and drive better engagement across the funnel.

What You’ll Need :

  • 2-4 years of B2B product marketing or sales experience
  • Proven success in high-growth startups and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills—able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories
  • Strong technical skills : You have a penchant for understanding and grasping highly technical products, and have worked with no-code developer tools in the past
  • Bonus : Basic design skills (Figma and Canva), previous experience creating videos
  • Bonus : Experience Co-founding / running a startup of your own in a similar role / capacity
