Job summary

Leap Tools is hiring for a product-focused role in a remote-first environment. You will work closely with users and internal teams to translate needs into innovative solutions, writing clear product specifications for the engineering team and ensuring rapid, quality delivery.

You will leverage your technical background to build and assess product designs, coordinate projects end-to-end, and use data to inform decisions, including A/B tests.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of building software products.
• Strong user-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Design-minded and able to translate user needs into specifications.
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role including engaging C-suite executives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with users, customers and internal teams to identify user needs.
• Understand our capabilities and constraints, and combine with user needs to develop groundbreaking solutions.
• Write concise product specifications and collaborate with engineering for fast, efficient development.
• Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering.
• Coordinate all aspects of projects through the development cycle.
• Collect and use data to make decisions, including complex analyses and A/B testing.
