Qualifications

• Distinctive work experience in building software products.
• Design mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and senior executives.
• Technical background demonstrated by a CS/engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific product segments and features, contributing to their growth and advancement.
• Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to comprehend requirements and contribute to our product strategy.
• Draft clear and concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development.
• Be opinionated about the product and champion our customers and end‑users to deliver the best possible user experience.
• Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering.
• Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle.
• Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing.
