About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Designer with a proven track record in designing complex user journeys and driving product innovation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our revolutionary AI tools by bringing the voice of the user to life through research, interviews, surveys, and translating insights into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity prototypes.

In this role you will

• Identify user needs and preferences by conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative research.
• Translate concepts into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to a seamless experience.
• Generate insights and deliverables that influence long‑term product strategy aligned with design and business KPIs.
• Make strategic design and user‑experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.

About you

• 4+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in a diverse range of user research methodologies.
• Excellent user‑centered design skills, including research, testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex research findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

In addition, the following would be an advantage

• Technical understanding of data analysis, machine learning, AI, and LLMs.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, pre‑PMF environment.
