Job summary

Leap Tools, a remote-first company, seeks a product-focused technologist to join the Product team. You will work with users, customers, and internal teams to identify needs, translate them into specs, and guide development from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience.
Distinctive experience in building software products.
Hunger to meet users and dig into their problems.
Design mindset and curiosity for details.
Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Work closely with users, customers, and internal teams to identify needs.
Understand capabilities and constraints, and align them with user needs to develop solutions.
Write concise product specifications and guide engineering to delivery.
Develop deep technical understanding to discuss design decisions with engineering.
Coordinate all aspects of projects through the full development cycle.
Collect and use data to drive decisions, including analyses and A/B tests.
