Canadian Blood Services is looking for a temporary full-time Associate Director - Integrated Business Management to join our Supply Chain division.
The Integrated Business Management function is responsible for strengthening Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities across Canadian Blood Services, ensuring strategic priorities, operational plans, financial objectives, and organizational resources are aligned through an integrated planning and decision-making framework. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Technology and Enablement, you will serve as the Supply Chain process owner for Integrated Business Planning, leading efforts to strengthen planning capabilities, governance, performance management, and decision-making processes across the organization.
In this role, you will strengthen planning processes, governance, performance management, and decision-making frameworks to ensure alignment between strategic priorities, operational plans, financial objectives, and organizational resources. Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Donor Experience, Corporate Relations & Collections, Medical Affairs & Innovation, Manufacturing, Digital Solutions & Technology, and Strategy, you will facilitate and continuously improve planning forums and governance processes while establishing new planning and alignment processes that will be foundational to the organization's planning maturity.
Success in this role requires strong leadership through influence, facilitation, and collaboration, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive integrated decision-making and organizational alignment. This position currently has no direct reports, though the structure may evolve as the function matures.
