Job summary

Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Product Manager, Data & AI (Operations & Maintenance) to translate business priorities into durable analytics and AI products for airport operations. You will own roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics across airside and terminal functions.

You will collaborate with operations, data teams and delivery partners to ensure value, governance and secure, scalable solutions in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, strategy, or adjacent digital and technology work.
• 4+ years of experience shaping and managing data, analytics, AI, platform or technically complex digital products.
• Experience partnering with agile delivery teams and managing products through governance, testing, release and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-horizon data and AI product roadmaps across airport operations and maintenance domains.
• Lead product discovery with business stakeholders and end users to validate problems, workflows, risks and value.
• Own product requirements and backlog for Epic and Feature levels, ensuring readiness for design and delivery.
• Partner with delivery teams to resolve scope questions and validate outcomes against requirements.
• Define adoption, product health and value measures (throughput, wait times, on-time performance, asset availability).
• Advance data-as-a-product framework with ownership, service levels and documentation.
• Develop business cases, ROI and cost-benefit assessments, manage product budgets.
