Job summary

Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Manager, Aviation Forecasting and Analytics to lead traffic forecasting, aviation analytics, and capacity monitoring for Toronto Pearson. You will develop short- and long-term passenger forecasts to inform budgets, strategy, and capital investment, while guiding a small analytics team.

You will build airline and route insights, oversee dashboards, and collaborate with airlines and internal partners to strengthen connectivity and revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, forecasting, or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams and managing stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills, including scenario modelling.
• Experience with data visualization and turning complex data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual forecasting cycles and 1–5 year passenger forecasts for budgeting and planning.
• Coordinate long-term forecasts (20–50 years) with partners and external consultants.
• Develop airline and route insights using market data and performance metrics.
• Oversee dashboards and reports turning aviation data into actionable insights.
• Coach and develop two analysts in a collaborative team environment.
