Greater Toronto Airports Authority in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Product Manager, Data & AI to translate business priorities into durable data, analytics and AI products delivering measurable passenger, revenue and enterprise outcomes.

You will own product discovery, multi-horizon roadmaps, intake and prioritization, requirements, backlogs, success measures and benefits realization across Customer Experience, Commercial and Enterprise portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, strategy or adjacent digital work in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering data, analytics or AI products in enterprise functions such as HR, Finance, IT or Revenue.
• 4+ years shaping data, analytics, AI, platform or complex digital products from discovery through production and adoption.
• Demonstrated success developing roadmaps, business cases and backlogs that delivered measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain multi-horizon data and AI product roadmaps across Customer Experience, Commercial and Enterprise portfolios.
• Lead structured ideation, intake and prioritization with clear sponsorship and delivery paths.
• Own product requirements and maintain Azure DevOps backlog at Epic and Feature levels.
• Partner with delivery teams to resolve scope, evaluate trade-offs and validate outcomes against requirements.
