Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is seeking a Manager, Customer Insights & Analytics to lead Toronto Pearson’s customer research and benchmarking strategy. You will translate passenger data into actionable insights, develop executive dashboards, and guide decisions to elevate the passenger experience across the organization.

You will oversee feedback programs, collaborate with business units, and manage vendor relationships while coaching a skilled analytics team to drive measurable

Competenze

• Post-secondary diploma in business, marketing or communications; university degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience with people leadership.
• 5–7 years in data/analytics with a focus on customer insights.
• At least 3 years of customer-service experience.
• Experience developing customer research, benchmarking and performance measures.

• Lead customer research, insights and global benchmarking strategy across the organization.
