Job summary

Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) seeks a Product Manager, Data & AI to translate business priorities into durable data and AI products. You will own roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog while collaborating with leaders, data teams, and delivery partners to ensure value and governance across Passenger Experience, Commercial and Enterprise domains.

You will advance data-as-a-product practices and help shape externally facing data and AI offerings for airport partners, ensuring security,

Qualifications

7+ years in product management or related digital/tech roles.
Experience delivering data/AI products in CX, commercial or enterprise functions.
4+ years shaping data/AI products through discovery to production.
Proven ability to develop roadmaps, business cases, and prioritized backlogs.
Technical fluency in data engineering, analytics, ML/AI, APIs and MLOps.
Advanced experience with Azure DevOps and backlog health.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology/CS; MBA asset.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain multi-horizon data and AI product roadmaps across portfolios.
Lead ideation, intake and prioritization; sponsor opportunities and route to delivery.
Lead product discovery with stakeholders to validate problems and value.
Own product requirements and Azure DevOps backlog at Epic/Feature levels.
Partner with delivery teams to resolve scope questions and validate outcomes.
Ensure decisions meet security, privacy, governance and audit requirements.
Define adoption, health metrics and post-launch reviews for product value.
Evolve data-as-a-product framework and lifecycle stages.
Develop business cases, ROI and cost-benefit assessments; manage budgets.
