  • Business Cases and Requirements:
    • Write clear, detailed business requirements
    • Define comprehensive acceptance criteria for features
    • Collaborate with product designers on user-facing experiences
    • Ensure requirements are accurately captured in user stories
  • Innovation:
    • Research industry trends and drive innovation based on those insights
    • Develop innovative features to benefit customers across Canada
    • Communicate features to leadership
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Work closely with Customer Experience (CE), Customer Service Management (CSM) teams, and customers to gather needs, essential for product success
    • Communicate product assessments with teams
    • Participate in process planning with relevant groups

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and co-create solutions
  • Experience in delivering solutions and proactively resolving delivery issues
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand user needs
  • Experience in gathering customer requirements and translating them into development tasks

Great-to-haves

  • Bilingual in French and English (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pharmacy knowledge and experience with Kroll applications
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA)

Advanced proficiency in English is required, as most interactions—both internal and external—are conducted in English, and the tools used are primarily in English.
