Job description

Pay : $90-110 / hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period, including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.

Remote role, but must work PT hours 8-5 Pacific Time.

MANAGER NOTES

• This role involves managing a scrum team full-time and fulfilling typical Product Manager duties such as participating in standups, gathering requirements, prioritizing work, managing stakeholder communications, creating one-pagers / PRDs where needed, and providing updates for leadership (spreadsheet, deck, etc.).
• Top skill sets: Salesforce CRM experience (Admin highly preferred), Product Management, Project Management (experience handling project roles without necessarily holding the title).
• Optional skills: Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDP (Customer Data Platform) experience HIGHLY preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM is essential.
• Experience in Marketing or working with Marketing teams is a plus.
• Must be capable of working independently and navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to handle high volume of work and context switching without getting overwhelmed.
• Handling 5-10+ workstreams simultaneously is highly desirable.
• This is a senior-level PM role requiring significant experience and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a scrum team and oversee daily tasks and deliverables.
• Gather and clarify requirements as needed.
• Write user stories and prioritize work.
• Track KPIs and handle documentation.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Coordinate release announcements and related communications (Slack, documentation, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive engagement.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably with data products from inception to launch and iteration.
• Ability to quickly understand systems and technical concepts, and discuss high-level architecture with engineers and business partners.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.
• Self-motivated with strong creative and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with remote and governance structures.
• Track record of delivering successful, scalable products.
• Experience leading scrum teams and writing detailed product/technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce products; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Data Cloud. Admin / Advanced Admin Certification is a plus.
• Understanding of database fundamentals, data flows, and working with engineering teams on data concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience.
