JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Product Owner (PO) for a Tier 1 FI, on a 12-month contract, hybrid schedule with 2 days/week in downtown Toronto, to support an internal team. The PO will act as an employee customer-facing platform guide, leading users through product assessments. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, writing user stories in Jira with Business Analysts (BA), and coordinating with Quality Assurance (QA) and development teams to deliver features. The role involves overseeing product deployment to 800 branches and 6,000 users, conducting daily standups, refining requirements, managing the backlog, and planning deployments, including after-hours work on weekends.
