Work Flexibility: Hybrid Join Stryker’s Marketing team as a Product Manager - Surgical Technologies, responsible for managing a portfolio of products throughout the product lifecycle and developing marketing strategies that support business objectives. In this role, you will combine product management, market insights, commercialization, customer engagement, and sales enablement to identify opportunities and support portfolio performance. You will partner closely with Sales, upstream marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Medical Education, and other cross-functional teams while engaging customers and key opinion leaders to understand market needs and translate insights into portfolio strategies, product launches, marketing programs, and educational initiatives. travel up to 60%, including travel to customer meetings, conferences, educational programs, and other business activities. Travel is throughout Canada and the US. This is a contract position for a term of 12 to 15 months
Canada Pay Ranges: Canada: $83,900 - $111,800 CAD Annual Travel Percentage: 60%

You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
