Job summary

Karbon Digital Limited in Toronto is seeking an AI Product Manager to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-driven applications. You will perform market research, competitive analysis, and collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing to drive development.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, and produce wireframes while presenting updates to stakeholders. You will analyze feedback and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of AI trends.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in AI technologies and product-led development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-driven applications.

  • Stay informed on trends in AI, machine learning, and product management.
  • Contribute ideas to integrate new AI capabilities into products.

Job description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and marketing to support seamless product development

Stakeholder Communication

Gather, analyze, and document product requirements from internal stakeholders and clients

Create user stories, workflows, and basic wireframes to guide development efforts.

Prepare and present product updates to internal teams and external stakeholders

Performance & Optimization

Analyze user feedback, usage data, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product improvement

Support testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet business and user expectations.

Monitor product performance and provide actionable insights for optimization

Innovation & Learning

Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and product management

Contribute ideas on integrating new AI capabilities into existing or upcoming products

Requirements
Qualifications

Required:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in AI technologies and product-led development

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms

Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts

Exposure to startups, SaaS products, or technology consulting environments
