Job summary

Karbon Digital Limited is seeking a UX/UI Designer to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists in Toronto. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals and technical constraints.

You will assist in developing a consistent design system for AI products, participate in brainstorming, test designs, and iterate based on feedback, staying current with AI design trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology Design, HCI, CS or related field.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects, including AI-related apps.
• Strong user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus and helpful for collaboration.

Requirements
