Job summary

Jobtailor in Montreal seeks a senior product leader to design and implement the product department's operating model, align roadmaps with enterprise needs, and build a scalable discovery practice.

You will own the full customer journey from signature through adoption and value creation, lead a growing product team, and partner with engineering leadership to embed efficient ways of working that accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a product role, primarily in B2B SaaS serving Enterprise customers
• At least 2 years leading a product team with direct responsibility for Product Managers
• Experience building a product function end to end, including team structure, rituals, tools and metrics, and evolving it alongside the organization
• Hands-on experience making roadmap trade-offs and allocating capacity
• Ability to build a discovery practice for customers with long sales cycles and own the customer journey beyond feature delivery
• Technical credibility to challenge estimates, architecture decisions and quality trade-offs
• Recognized leadership, strong interpersonal intelligence and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in retail, omnichannel, POS, clienteling or loyalty programs is an asset
