Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience across strategy, research, interaction/UI design, and validation.
• Experience designing omnichannel experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, design systems, accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Frame customer and business problems to align teams.
• Design end-to-end omnichannel experiences across digital and in-store touchpoints.
• Apply design systems and patterns for consistency and scalability.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research; synthesize actionable insights.
• Translate user insights, product strategy, and business goals into clear problem statements and scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and stakeholders.
• Leverage modern design tools and AI capabilities to accelerate exploration and communication of ideas.
• Contribute to shared design systems, documentation, and best practices.
